Enable Versioning
To enable versioning for a drive, log in to the web portal as an admin user and select "Manage" under the drive.
Under the "Settings" tab, toggle on "In-place Versioning" and then click "Apply" to save the changes.
(Note: versioning is not available for SharePoint drives)
Versioning for Files
To view all versions of a file, right click on the file and select "More Info"
All versions of the file can be viewed in the "Versions" tab.
To return the file to a previous version, select "Restore" on the desired version.
To remove a previous version of the file, select "Delete" on the selected version.
Versioning for Deleted Items
To view and restore deleted file, right click on a blank space and select "More Info".
Then, navigate to the "Trash Can" tab.
To permanently delete an item and remove it from the trash can, select "Purge" under the item. To permanently delete everything in the trash can, select "Purge All" at the top.
To restore a file/folder to its state before being deleted, select "Restore". However, to restore a folder and trash can items within the folder together, select "Restore Recursively".
