How to Install the Windows Client
- Download as Admin User:
- Log into the web portal as the admin user and click on the hamburger icon on the top left
- Then click on the download icon on the top bar
- Click on the download button for windows client in the pop up dialogue
- Copy the token and click on the download button
- Open the installer, click on Next on the welcome page
- After reading the license agreement, check Agree if you are good with the agreement. Then click on Next
- Paste the token and click on the Install
- After installation, you will be automatically logged into the windows client as the admin user
- Download as the sub user
- Log into the web portal as the sub user and click on the download icon on the top right
- Click on the download button for windows client in the pop up dialogue
- Copy the token and click on the download button
- Open the installer, click on Next on the welcome page
- After reading the license agreement, check Agree if you are good with the agreement. Then click on Next
- Paste the token and click on the Install
- After installation, you will be automatically logged into the windows client as the sub user
Basic Functions of Windows Client
- System Tray
- You can open the system tray via icon in the task bar
- Storage Drives
- Access Storage Drives
- From System tray: In the system tray, go to the Storage Drive tab, click on open for any drives
- From This PC: Open "this pc" and you can see your drives
- File and Folder Features
- Context Menu for FoldersRequest file
This is to share out a folder link to a user and request the user to upload a file.This upload link can be set to expire in a certain amount of time or never.
Share…This is to share out the folder with anyone by email.
Get Public Link (Read Only):This is to get a read-only web link to the folder. This option allows you to share a folder as a public (Read Only) link. Anyone with the link can access this folder.
Force refreshClick this to synchronize the web portal with your local folder.

- Syncing
- You can check the syncing status of the files and folders here. You also could pause syncing process to from windows client to cloud. In addition, you could cancel the current syncing task
- File Changes
- Any file changes from the windows client will show here. Each record will show you the operations, happened in which drive, which file/folder is changed and the change time
- Settings
- Here have some settings for windows client
- Show large file download status: You will see a progress bar when open a large file after enable this option
- Confirm before exit: After enabling this option, a windows will pop up for confirmation to exit the windows client when you try to exit the windows client
- Mount drive in global space: A drive mounted in the global space will not be subject to UAC (User Account Control) limitations, such as when legacy applications are required to run with administrative privilege and cannot see the drive guarded by the UAC.
- Enable Tracing: Enabling this option will allow you collect traces when you hit any issue using the windows client
- Cache: Shows the cache size for current user, you can clear the cache by click on the trashcan icon on the right
- Log out: You can log out of the product
- Exit the Windows Client: You can exit the windows client
