How to Install Gateway Agent on the File Server

Set Up

Prepare a virtual machine that have Windows Server installed. The gateway agent is applicable to Windows server 2016, 2019 and 2022.

Steps:

1. In the virtual machine where the windows server is installed. Log into the TriofoxAI web portal as the admin user
2. Click on the hamburger icon on the top left and click on the download icon.
3. Then click on "Download" option for gateway agent
4. Copy the token shows in the dialogue for the later use
5. Wait until the installation file is downloaded, open the installation file
6. In the welcome page, click on "Next" button
7. In the agreement page, check the "I agree" box after carefully reading the user agreement then click on the "Next" button
8. Paste the code that copied from the previous step and click on the "Install" button
9. Wait until the installation process finished
10. You will see the installation finished page after the gateway agent is installed
