Branding->Web Portal
Options
Application Icon
A PNG, JPG, or GIF image to be displayed in the top-left corner of the web portal should have a size of 32 by 32 pixels for optimal clarity.
Drive Icon
The reserved field is to be used in future versions of Triofox.
Logo
A PNG, JPG, or GIF image for use on the login page of the web portal should be sized at 300 by 50 pixels for optimal clarity.
Login Background Image
The background image of the login page, set via a stylesheet rule, will cover the entire page regardless of screen size. To avoid blurriness on high-resolution devices, ensure the image is sufficiently large. The default size is 2567 by 1168 pixels.
iOS Client App ID
Used to enable Smart App banners on the web portal. Smart App banners get overlaid on the top portion of the website if a user has an iOS device. The banner will link to the Apple Store where the Mac Client can be downloaded from.
Login Page Note
Use this field to insert additional text on the bottom of the web portal's login page.
Change Password URL
If you want to manage your user's passwords and prevent them from being able to change the password themselves, you could replace this URL with a page that contains instructions or some other text. This could be used to prevent confusion with Active Directory users, whose passwords cannot be changed from Triofox, but need to be changed directly in Active Directory or from Windows password prompts.
Don't show the product name at the top
This setting applies to the top-left corner of the web portal and the Windows Client's native console title bar. The Product Name, defined on the General page, will default to "Triofox," "Gladinet Cloud," or "Cloud Windows Client" if not specified, depending on the context.
Tutorial Page URL
The default tutorial page is a slideshow that explains the basic functions of the File Browser. It's accessible from the top-right corner of the "My Files" section in the web portal and appears immediately after the first login with a user account. If desired, you can display a different tutorial or hide it entirely through Group Policy settings under Web Portal, specifically the "Show tutorial page for non-admin users." setting.
Help Page URL
The URL for your custom help page will be displayed on both the login page and in the drop-down menu of the web file browser.
