Audit trace on the Windows client and Server Agent client provides basic history information (Like a black box) on what happened to the application at a summary level. It provides the first level of information when it comes to troubleshooting issues.
To collect Audit Trace DB files
- For the Windows client, go to
- C:\Users\<windows login id>\AppData\Local\gteamclient\logging
- C:\Users\<windows login id>\AppData\Local\gteamclient\gsettings.db
- For the Server agent, go to C:\ProgramData\gteamclient\logging
- Zip the latest 3 files. Or the files covering the time the issue happened.
Notice:
- The folder is hidden. You'll need to enable Windows Explorer to view hidden files/folders.
