How to open Triofox Windows Client Management Console

Triofox windows client management console is used to check the windows client status and adjust some settings. Can access the management console on the device directly. Can also access it from Triofox web portal.

To open the console, once the client is running, click the systray icon to open the systray menu, and select 'Management Console' here.

The management console Dashboard shows the login user email, login access point and the version. It also shows the upload/download bandwdith status.

To check the current Sync Status, go to Sync Status for the sync summary.

Click the Task Manager icon on the top right corner, to open the task manager and check details.

Web:

When the windows client is running, can access the management console from the Triofox Web Portal.

• Admin can edit the user under User Manager. Here, go to Devices tab. Click View Details for the device.
• User can login to Triofox web portal. Here, click User Menu on top right corner and select 'My Devices'. 
  
  
  Here, see the user's device list. Click View Detail too.

The windows client management console may not always connect to the server. If the console is not connected, click 'Connect' link on top right corner to connect.

Once connected, see the windows client details.

Go to Task Manager. Can check task status.
