How to query Triofox File Change Log

In Triofox, Admin user could check the storage operations done by users in the file change log. Log into the web portal and click on the "Report" icon in the dashboard.

By Email

By File/Folder name

Query All

By Action

Export

Query by Email:

By default, you can query file change log based on user's email. Can change how many dates in history to query.

File/Folder Name:

To Query file change logs related with a file or folder name, change the query criteria to 'File Name' and specify the file/folder name. Here, search will query all file change logs including the specified string.

All file change logs:

To query all file change logs recently, including all users, change the query criteria to use 'File Name'. Here, user % as File Name. It will return all file change logs in the date to query.

Actions:

You could search for the records for certain operation like deleting and sharing.

Export Results:

In the query results, can export the result as .csv file and exam it in Excel. Just clicking download button on the top right corner.
