Triofox Windows client caches the cloud folder listing, to improve the performance. When visiting the windows client drive, the client will query the latest folder listing from the cloud and auto-refresh the cache.
Sometimes, the cache is not auto-refreshed and the folder listing on the windows client drive doesn't reflect what the cloud shows. In that case, have to reset it.
- On your local machine, shut down the Windows client
- Go to folder C:\Users\<your windows id>\AppData\Local\gteamclient\<windows client login email>. The folder is hidden, please enable windows explorer to show System and Hidden files.
- Rename folder FileSysDB to FileSysDB.bak
- Restart the Triofox Windows client and log in.
